The Island

The island of Elliðaey sits off the Icelandic coast. Accessible only by boat, it's the perfect place to vanish.

During a long, hot summer four friends visit the island. Only three will return.

They each share a past, and a dark secret that could harm them all.

Detective Inspector Hulda Hermannsdóttir is sent to the isolated island to investigate and she soon finds haunting similarities to an old case - the murder of a young woman ten years ago.
