If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns authorisation within two (2) business days of receipt of your product.

If you wish to dispute the contents of your receipted order, please contact us by phone or email within two (2) business days of receipt of your order.

Any products purchased cannot be returned, exchanged or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.

Please note: The majority of our books have been carefully thrifted to offer you an environmentally friendly, and inexpensive way to read. These books have (most often) been lovingly donated, and may be subject to the physical attributes of a long life. Second-hand books may or may not be associated with: page discolouration, rips/tears, writing, stamping, folding, and/or marks of any kind. Although (to us) our thrifted collection is perfectly imperfect, our team work incredibly hard to ensure that the books we offer do not disappoint. Each and every pre-loved book has been thoughtfully handled, carefully cleaned and expertly packaged prior to dispatch. By purchasing from us you accept that secondhand books will show signs of aging, wear and tear and that this is not a reason for return.  Please contact us for further information.

All other merchandise is subject to a 14-day returns period (at the expense of the buyer). Products must be in resale condition.

​Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.

​​Any refund we provide will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods.
